Jean Louis is a young fisherman owner settled in Valinco. Fishing is a family affair that has been practiced for at least 5 generations. He practices pescatourism because it allows a new form of tourism activity to be carried out in the service of local maritime sustainable development. It allows fishermen to welcome tourists on board their boats, who thus participate in a traditional fishing morning. In this way, they can diversify their activity in the same way as has been possible for the past 40 years with agritourism. Finally, they give the general public an insight into their trade and the realities of the profession today. Boarding of passengers aboard the Marie Celine, a 9m polyester boat with a cabin. Only 2 to 4 people can be taken on board to discover the fishing in the gulf of Propriano or Tizzano, its fish species, its natural characteristics, and the mountains of Valinco, Sartenais, Taravo which overhang the coast. Price per person 90€. Departure early in the morning for a duration between 5 and 6 hours.
