Flamingo Street Food

The fishing cooperative ‘Su Pallosu’ has worked in the fishery sector for more than 40 years. From 1980, it has carried out small-scale fishing in the same area, situated along the west coast of Sardinia. Over the years, the cooperative has been the main player in important initiatives concerning the restocking of fish species and measures to protect the marine environment. From 2021, to diversify its core fishing business, it bought a food truck to cook fresh fish at different beaches along the coast.
