Ittiturismo Sa Pischera e Mar e Pontis

The consortium, the only concessionary of the Pontis Lagoon, was set up in 1993 through the merging of 11 fisher cooperatives which have always worked in the Cabras Lagoon. The fishers manage both the plant and the restaurant. You can try typical local dishes such as burrida (fish stewed in sauce) and other dishes based on bottarga (fish eggs), the speciality of the area.
