Dominique Festa is a young fisherman from a family of fishermen. Like many young fishermen, he wanted to practice pescatourism to diversify and make his profession known to the general public. However, French regulations only allow it to take on a limited number of passengers, unlike Italy and Sardinia, which can be seen from the Bonifacio coast. He would also like to be able to offer more recreational activities, as in Italy, but above all he would like to be able to define a more substantial economic plan with a greater boarding capacity.
